These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application CheckCam — Visual Reminder, developed by Volodymyr Zorin ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). CheckCam — Visual Reminder is developed and published by Volodymyr Zorin, an independent developer registered in Ukraine. By purchasing, downloading, or using CheckCam — Visual Reminder, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CheckCam — Visual Reminder solely for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

This license does not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights in the app.

2. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to CheckCam — Visual Reminder and its contents, including but not limited to software code, design, icons, and graphics, are owned by the Developer.

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works of the app;
• Use the app for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Acceptable Use

CheckCam — Visual Reminder allows you to create temporary photos that remain on your device.
You agree to use the app responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Distribute, sell, or transfer the app to third parties

4. Payment and Refunds

CheckCam — Visual Reminder is a paid application available exclusively via the Apple App Store.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
Refund requests must be made directly through Apple's App Store support.

5. Disclaimers

CheckCam — Visual Reminder is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• That the app will be error-free or compatible with all devices or future iOS versions;
• That your data or photos will not be lost or corrupted;
• Any specific performance or availability.

You use the app at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use CheckCam — Visual Reminder.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.

9. Changes to Terms
